Custom Original technology allows for 100% customisation of an insole or shin guard to provide greater comfort or enhanced performance during sporting activities.

Technology that adapts to you

Custom Original technology is based on a simple principle: starting with a flat insole or shin guard and adapting it to your foot shape.

The bootfitter heats the insole and then moulds it to your foot’s shape. Once moulded, it conforms to the shape of your foot to provide a high level of comfort and support.

This customisation allows us to create an insole tailored to your foot, rather than relying solely on a standardised shape.

Every detail counts

The various Custom Original models combine specific materials and constructions to meet distinct objectives: comfort, arch support, rigidity, precision or thermal insulation.

The range includes, in particular, Performance versions, designed for demanding activities, as well as Warm versions featuring a felt lining intended to provide extra warmth for feet sensitive to the cold.

The choice of model therefore depends on the sport, performance requirements and the characteristics of the boot.

Support tailored to the shape of the foot and improved stability

The moulded insole moulds to the shape of the foot to provide personalised support. Depending on the model chosen, the insole’s construction helps to stabilise the foot and minimise unwanted movement within the shoe.

A 100% customised interface for the tibia

The Custom Shin Plate is designed to improve power transfer and the distribution of pressure around the shin. Its customised interface is designed to provide a fit tailored to the athlete’s body shape.

A multi-layer technical design

The plate combines several materials with complementary functions: Sport’Air for shock absorption, Podiafiber for rigid support of the shin, AMF for smooth contact with the tongue, and Progrip to enhance grip. It is customised using specialised moulding sleeves.
