If you are not satisfied with your product, if you have a problem with the size, or if the product does not meet your expectations while testing it out, you have 30 days to decide to return your product to us from reception of the package.
• If you would like an exchange, we will together look for the product that best suits your activities. Subsequently you will be sent a return slip by email so you can deposit your package at the post office or relay point closest to you.
• If you would like a refund, it will be made by transfer directly to your account for payments received by credit card.
• If your payment was made by PayPal, for simplicity the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account. In all cases, the products to be returned must be new, in their original packaging with the label and proof of purchase.
