WHAT IS THE SIDAS AFTER SALES SERVICE (ASS)?

SIDAS is committed to providing you with quality products for use in all types of conditions and in complete safety. As a result, all our SIDAS products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. Our team is committed to the constant improvement of our products and their evolution for better durability and optimum performance. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, SIDAS promises to respond to your request as soon as possible.

You can contact our After-Sales Service (ASS) in the following situations:
• To exchange your product for another size.
• To repair your product.
• To request a refund (Note! See the refund conditions).
• To return a defective product for exchange.
If the product does not fall within the scope of the warranty, we will prepare an estimate for its repair.

The exchange is for a new product, never worn, returned with its original packaging, its label and proof of purchase. For the return of a defective product, we will only accept clean and tidy products. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you. Withdrawal period: as provided by law, you have 30 days to cancel or return your order once you have received it.

Refund conditions: we refund products or provide an exchange within 30 days from the date we receive your products on our premises. The products must be clean, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with the label and proof of purchase.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Note : Note: products that have not been used or maintained under normal or SIDAS recommended conditions of use, are not considered defective, for example (list non-exhaustive): non-compliance with instructions for use; non-compliance with the washing instructions mentioned on the label, damage or deterioration related to misuse or abnormal use of the product, etc.
