3FEET INSOLES: THE INSOLES FOR YOUR FOOT ARCH
What is 3Feet technology?
At Sidas, foot comfort is a know-how that we have been cultivating for nearly 50 years. This expertise allows us to say that all feet are unique. They all have their own shape, movement and pressure. Based on this observation, we therefore developed apatented technology, the "3Feet" technology.
Concretely, it involves adapting the insole construction to the three most common arch types:
- Low-arch feet, known as "flat feet", 3Feet Low insoles.
- Medium arch feet, known as standard feet, 3Feet Mid insoles.
- High arch feet, known as "hollow feet," 3Feet High insoles.
The "3Feet" technology therefore allows you to buy a shoe insole that is perfectly suited to the characteristics of your feet. This customisation is no small detail: it greatly increases the chances of reducing shock as well as friction or poor positioning that causes pain and sore feet.
What are the "3Feet" everyday insoles you need?
For starters, if you don't know what type of arch you have, you can easily determine it by analysing your footprint when you get out of the shower, for example. If you are not sure, ask for advice in one of our reseller's shops. Once you have this information you can choose between the different shoe insoles that we offer.
The 3FEET LOW DAILY INSOLE
The insole to slip into your everyday shoes if you have low arch feet, sometimes called "flat feet."
The added bonus of the 3Feet Low insoles? : The EVA shell, a particularly comfortable, breathable and cushioning material, to offer optimal foot support.
The 3FEET MID DAILY INSOLE

The added bonus about the 3Feet High insoles? The small cushion is specifically positioned on the forefoot to cushion the impact of repeated shocks in the hollow area of the feet.

In addition, we have made each of these 3 insoles in a Slim version so that you can slide the insole into your shoe with even more ease.
