Cut out the sole before use
Remove the insole and replace it with the new one.
Washing with soap and brush only
Do not dry on a radiator, for a better drying use our shoe dryers.

I love these insoles. To prevent pain in my back from walking in shoes, I use these insoles. Very comfortable for the feet, the insoles give good support in the heels and mid-inner side. Good quality. Anti-slip sole. Fits exactly in my size 43 shoes.
