1. Discover needs
After you fill in your informations, our professionnal staff will analyse your foot and discover your needs and expectations. Please bring the shoes in wich you plan to work or your previous shoes or boots to compare what can our experts can improve. We will give you advice on sizing and shoe selection.
2. Analysis
We measure your foot lenght, width, volume, arch eight… We will also analyse your left-right balance of the body and pressure applied when walking are measured.
At Sidas Fitting Lab we must have information on : DVMPG :
Dimensions – Volume – Mouvement - Pressure – Gait (for dynamics sports)
3. Footbed– Molding and shaping
While taking a foot mold with Sidas’s unique « Vaccum System », the insole is fine-tuned by Meister based on the information gathered previously to create an insole that perfectly fits the sole of the foot.
4. Socks
At Sidas Fitting Lab we consider socks to be an essential part of the fitting process. We work to ensure that our customers have new, technical socks so that they can enjoy the best possible fitting conditions and maximum comfort and sensitivity.
5. Boots or shoes
At Sidas Fitting Lab, our experts certified by Sidas Academy and Shoo IQ analysis tools help you find the best shoe for your feet and your needs.
Choosing the right shoe is a key part of the fitting process.
6. Heating
Did you know that most skiers cut their skiing day because their feet get cold? At the Sidas Fitting Lab, we consistently offer a full range of heating solutions for anyone sensitive to the cold.
7. Liners
The liner plays a crucial role in both the comfort and performance of a ski boot. At the Sidas Fitting Lab, we help you choose the option best suited to your needs. Replacing the liner is also an excellent way to give an older ski boot a new lease of life without having to replace the whole boot.
8. Fitting
Once your comfort solutions have been selected, our specialists refine every detail of your boots to ensure both comfort and performance. The Sidas Fitting Lab offers a full range of premium services — stretching, grinding, and shell adjustments — for a truly high-end experience.

STEPHAN PATZL
Stephan Patzl, from Sidas since 1980, has more than 16 years of experience in bootfitting. Bootfitting is also a family story and for Stephan and his shop : his father, Herwig Patzl, passed on his passion for the craft. Skiing has always been a major part of Stephan’s life, from ski school and junior racing to working in bootfitting and shoefitting, including for outdoor sports like trail running. Since 2022, he has also been a trainer at the Sidas Academy.

Jack Van Nunen
Jack, a Dutch guy in the Austrian Alps. Bootfitting for over 20 years and worked in several high end ski shops in the Netherlands. Joined the Dutch ski test team as a serviceman.Trainer at the Sidas Academy in Austria.
