An insole designed for feet with a medium arch

Sidas’s 3Feet® technology allows the insole’s structure to be adapted to the height of the arch. The 3Feet Activ’ Mid is specifically designed for feet with a medium arch, with a shell adapted to an arch height of 3.1 cm.

A natural and dynamic roll-off

The anatomically shaped shell follows the foot’s movement and promotes a natural and dynamic roll during sporting activity. It thus provides tailored support without restricting the foot’s movement.

A forefoot pad to aid propulsion

The pad located under the forefoot supports the propulsion phase. It helps make the foot’s roll more dynamic and promotes efficient foot strike during exercise.

Enhanced cushioning at the heel

A gel pad at the heel absorbs impact and improves comfort during repeated foot strikes. It is particularly beneficial in sports involving frequent contact with the ground.
