An insole designed for high-arched feet

Sidas’s 3Feet® technology takes the height of the arch into account to tailor the support to the foot’s shape. The 3Feet Activ’ High insoles are specifically designed for feet with a high arch.

Their anatomically shaped shell is designed for an arch height of 3.4 cm and promotes a natural, dynamic foot roll during sporting activity.

Support tailored to sporting activity

The 3Feet Activ’ High combine anatomical support with freedom of movement. Their design supports the foot’s weight-bearing and movement whilst maintaining a lightweight, breathable construction.

They are particularly suitable for football, basketball, handball, volleyball and badminton, as well as running.

Enhanced propulsion in the forefoot

A pad located under the forefoot supports the propulsion phase. It helps make the foot’s roll more dynamic and promotes effective foot placement during changes of pace and push-off phases.

A large gel pad in the heel

The large gel pad in the heel absorbs shock between the foot and the ground. This cushioning zone improves comfort during repeated impacts and prolonged sporting activities.

Lightweight and breathable

The lightweight and breathable materials ensure the inlays remain discreet inside the shoe. The perforations also promote air circulation and help to improve foot ventilation during exercise.
