An insole designed for feet with a low arch

Sidas’s 3Feet® technology takes the height of the arch into account to tailor the support to the foot’s shape. The 3Feet Activ’ Low are specifically designed for feet with a low arch.

Their shell is adapted to this foot shape and promotes a dynamic foot roll during sporting activity.

Support designed for sporting activity

Unlike the 3Feet models intended primarily for everyday use, the Activ’ Low are designed to support sporting movements. Their lightweight, breathable construction ensures comfort during exercise.

A pad to enhance propulsion

A pad positioned under the forefoot enhances the propulsive movement. It thus supports the push-off phase and helps make the foot’s roll more dynamic.

A wide gel pad at the heel

The wide gel pad at the heel provides effective shock absorption. It improves comfort during repeated impacts, particularly whilst running and during other sporting activities.

A breathable design

Lightweight materials and the perforated structure promote air circulation beneath the foot. This design helps to minimise moisture build-up during exercise.
