An insole designed for winter sports

The Winter 3D Merino insoles have been developed for winter activities, particularly skiing, snowboarding and mountain activities in cold weather. Sidas particularly recommends them for skiers who tend to have cold feet.

Enhanced insulation against the cold

The insole combines two elements designed to provide thermal protection. The merino wool lining naturally provides warmth and comfort, whilst the aluminium film beneath the insole enhances insulation by minimising heat exchange with the underside of the boot.

A 3D shell to stabilise the foot

The 3D EVA shell provides support and stability for the foot. Its pre-shaped design also helps to distribute pressure more evenly across the sole of the foot, enhancing comfort during long days on the slopes.

Comfort and cushioning

The EVA foam provides immediate comfort across the entire sole of the foot. An EVA heel pad completes the construction to absorb impacts and enhance comfort whilst on the move and during sporting activities.

Merino wool for comfort and odour control

The top layer of merino wool provides a warm and soft feel. It also has natural odour-absorbing properties, a welcome benefit during long days spent in ski boots.
