The Run Spirit is a technical trail and running sock born out of a collaboration between Jim Walmsley and Brandon Dugi. Inspired by the great outdoors and Native American culture, it combines a symbolic design with technologies designed to support every run with comfort and precision.
The mountains represent the runner’s playground, whilst the Spirit Line, inspired by Navajo rugs, symbolises the passage between the physical and spiritual worlds. The number 4 evokes the four sacred mountains and the four directions, reflected in the four-line mountain patterns.
The orange colour evokes the sun and the light of dawn in the east. Traditionally, running eastwards before sunrise celebrates the new day and strengthens the bond between the body, the earth and the spiritual world. This symbolism makes running a moment of discipline, renewal and connection with one’s surroundings.
Its message is simple: run with purpose and make the most of every moment.
Thanks to its anatomical construction, ultra-breathable knit, non-slip band and targeted ankle support, the Run Spirit offers a second-skin feel, excellent stability within the shoe and lasting comfort on both roads and trails.
