Our anti-chafing cream is specially designed to prevent blisters and irritation. Thanks to its formula enriched with moisturising ingredients, it works effectively to prevent chafing (skin-on-skin and skin-on-fabric) whilst improving the condition of the skin. Its pleasant creamy texture and rapid absorption soften and smooth the skin, offering you optimal protection during your sporting activities.
How to use it?
- Apply: 5 to 10 minutes before exercising, apply the cream locally to areas prone to chafing (thighs, feet, underarms, etc.). For strenuous exercise, apply daily for 15 days before the competition.
- Massage: massage gently to help the product absorb and protect the skin.
- Intense chafing: in preparation for a particularly demanding session, apply a second layer without massaging it in to create a genuine protective barrier.
- In case of blisters: apply directly to damaged areas to protect and promote skin regeneration.
- Precautions: for external use only. Do not use on children under 3 years of age.

It is applied locally by massaging it thoroughly into areas prone to irritating friction, such as feet, thighs, armpits and nipples, before the sporting activity. Before a major sports event like a marathon, it can be applied as a preventive measure, from 10 to 15 days before the event.
